Clean, dry skin. If you moisturise, let it absorb completely first.

Hold the skin gently taut and press each piece down, smoothing from the centre out.

Two hours minimum. Overnight is where you see the most. Repeat 3–5 nights a week.

Release
In the morning, peel slowly from the outer edge inward. Never on damp skin.

How long do I leave it on?
Two hours is the minimum. Overnight is where you see the most difference — apply after your moisturiser has fully absorbed, on clean, dry skin. Use it 3–5 nights a week.
How long does one box last?
One week. A box holds 32 face pieces and 8 eye pieces — a fresh set for every night at 3–5 nights a week. Two or three at a time works out cheaper per box, and delivery is complimentary from two.
Does it hurt coming off?
No, if you peel slowly and work from the outside of the piece inward. Never pull it off fast, and never on damp skin.
Is this like Botox?
